Towing a 26ft trailer with the 5.0?

Power won't be an issue, but you will most likely be over your payload once you add 800 lbs of ATV in the bed.
800 + 2 * 150 (adults) = 1100 lbs of payload used up before you even hook up the trailer. That doesn't include any tools, other people, dogs, firewood, etc.
If you didn't have the ATV in the bed, I would say you will be just fine (I pulled a 27' TT with my '99 and '05), but the added weight of the ATV makes it a bit much IMHO. I would either leave the ATV at home or buy a bigger truck.

Doesn't British Columbia have very strict laws regarding towing over your trucks limits? I have heard that if they catch you your vehicle is impounded. I have not towed into BC yet but several of my buddies do every summer and they have all talked about the BC towing laws. You may just want to do some research before you spend a bunch of money.
