Tails were very easy install. Heads took a little work. Once you get the first one your good. Takes a little wiring work and a voltage meter.

I had to trim a decent amount to stop the rubbing. Went with a zero offset because I didn't want to wait for the back order on other offset. Nothing some tech screws and trimming didn't fix. I think there are some more pics in my profile. Don't have the truck anymore or I would take some more for you.
