Detent positions on F150 door check arm are poorly placed

I would think that for 90 bucks they should at least be painted.
It is my understanding that the arms are metal covered with plastic. Meaning the black portion, the portion that is being machined, is plastic. No need for paint.

Well you don't have to buy them if don't want to but I salute him ffor coming up with a solution to a problem that has annoyed a lot of people for a long time yet Ford and the big-time parts suppliers have failed to respond to.

Installed mine from Northlightlabs the other day and they are perfect. Look just like the OEM ones but stop in the right place. Very easy install also.
