I like to keep mine on Trip B. I have to keep track of mileage for work and this screen gives me my gallons used, miles traveled, average mpg, and time i have been driving. I love that it has those bits of info because it helps me in fuel re-imbursement. Instead of guessing my mpg like i have had to do in the past, it gives me the total gallons and mpg per trip or per day that i log it. I use the Trip A to keep track of my mpg's between fuel-ups. But there are lots of different screens to choose from. Just pick the one you like the best. If i get low on fuel, i will switch to instant mpg and it gives me the distance to empty so i dont have to worry if i can make it to a gas station or not. I had to do that one time and i had 2 miles left before i got to the station. i will only buy from BP or one other here that sells 100%. So i usually dont get that low but i was heading back in to my office and wasnt around any BP's until i got back into town. I filled it up and it took exactly what the tank size says. So those screens are really accurate.

I also have the MPG showing. I go back and forth from 10 mins to real-time data ... depending on how often I want to be reminded of my progress.

Same here; I went out to check mine and don't have anything else to select except tranny temp.

Screen
I have the XLT, and on the top line, called gauges, I have 3 screens, one is the tranny temperature, the middle screen is a compass showing the truck orientation superimposed on it, and can be fixed north or rotating north.
The third screen on my XLT is also blank. The manual says it is blank, but they show 4 screens, one being the 2-speed Auto 4X4 displays power distribution between front and rear wheels.
I don't have that screen, but if I scroll down to "Truck Apps", I get a diagram of the drive system. Since I have not really engaged 4 wd yet, not sure what it looks like. It is supposed to show when it's in 4wd, tilt angle and bank angle in degrees and a lot more. Probably need to experiment a little with this screen. I think it is the screen shown in the manual but moved down to it's own line.
I also have the trip a/b and settings like door locks, lights staying on after shutting off etc.
