Another way to think about it is what % of MSRP are you buying the pickup at. 36998/47000 =~78% of original MSRP for a 1 year old pickup. That's pretty decent for an Ecoboost.
I have seen 30% off MSRP for new/1 year old pickups, but those have been end of year clearance and 5.0 models only. Since Ecoboosts cost more and generally have lower incentives they seem to hold their value a little better.
