Looks great with the surround painted, not a fan of the center bars being painted though, IMO the flow of the center grill with the headlights looks much better unpainted. I'm going to do the same with my tuxedo Black Plat and may even look into getting the Limited chorme center grille...

Thank you Gentlemen. I toyed with the though of painting the little crosses RR also. But, decided as Hotlap said that the flow between the lights would look smoother.

Of the four PS versions I put up there, I like the one with the middle bar PTM best. I think that would look SWEET on the Platinum.

I agree. That middle bar painted adds a little more to it.........

To me, the baby frog is the clear winner.So much so, that I found a local guy selling his '10 platinum grill for a mere $50, and I'm picking up tomorrow. I hope this paint scheme looks as good in blue flame as it does in red....
