smokewagon, is it just diameter you want to go up, or diameter and a little wider?
275/60/20 will be the same width as stock (10.9") but a 33" vs. 31.9" stock. They don't really make a LT tire is this size only P rated.
275/65/20 is BIG @ 34"
285/60/20 is also beefy at 11.5" wide and 33.5"
285/55/20 is 11.5" x 32.5" in BFG's and 32.2" in Toyo
I had nothing against Cooper, but they didn't make my size. Toyo and BFG were close in price so I paid a little more for rubber but will probably gain some $$ back in MPG over toyo Xtremes because they are 5lbs heavier/ tire. I wished somebody else cheaper would have a 8 ply or LT in 285/55, but nope.

Do you want to run D rated tires?
The Cooper Discoverer A/T3 in a LT265/75/20 is E rated and 10 ply. $263. at my dealer
The BFG in a LT285/555/20 is D rated and 8 ply. $363. at my dealer.
The bigger BFG is $100 more per tire for a D rated with less ply and I don't know if you'll want to lose the fuel economy.

I don't mean to promote these Coopers, but they are awesome and I don't think I'll run another tire.

They do ride a little stiffer than the Pirelli's, mainly because they aren't a P rated tire. The grip is way better when taking off fast or making a tight turn going slow up an incline. You can feel a little more beef in steering, but nothing that makes me wish I had the Pirelli's. Performance may have taken a little hit. She doesn't feel as frisky from a take-off or downshift. There is no road noise and they are quiet at highway speeds. Still very happy with the purchase

The Coopers and BFG's will probably be the 2 on my short list. I've had both on previous vehicles, and they were both good tires. I do like the looks of the BFG's a bit more though.
The BFG's in the OEM size are E rated. And the price (through tirerack) is $1256 for a set (obviously, not mounted/balanced).

Also, have you checked your Ford dealer for prices? They actually have decent prices on tires around here.
