Night and day difference from the 5.4L to the EB or 5.0L. x2 on the warranty, hence the reason for my post in this thread....

It's remarkable that people buy the used ones... sticker shock must get them!

That's WAY TOO MUCH money! I have almost exactly the same truck and I bought it a year and a half ago with 8,000 miles for $27k! In addition mine was still under warranty, your's has none so big price drop there IMO.
