Guess I got lucky... Invoice less rebates and 60 months at 0%... That was a year ago though...
Go to www.Edmunds.com... Build your truck and see the MSRP, invoice, and what others are paying on average in your area. That gives you a really good idea of the deal you should be able to get.
Also, I've found that shopping via the Internet and dealing with the Internet sales manager is 1000 times better than dealing with the first Joe that catches you on the lot and has to run back and forth to the sales manager to work the deal.

I just typed this out on another thread but this is the deal I have going and the best I can do in the Chicago suburbs:
Currently working a deal on a 2013 FX4 gray with black leather, 402, moon roof, navi, factory spray bed liner, 3.73k, 20's and bed step option
Sticker is $50,265, $4766 off sticker gets me to $45499
Going to give me $15,500 for my 08 acura tl with 69k miles that is above norm clean, I am serious OCD.
Tax at 7% is $2099.93
title license $196
dealer doc $189
sub total is $32,483.93
rebates $5,500
final out the door $26,983.93
Hardest decision now is if I want to part with a good running car that has many years left in it and part with the cash.

My payment coupon came from Ford Credit today, it listed the pay off amount for the loan.
I just went to penfed.org - applied for a refinance loan was approved in seconds and the rate I was offered was 1.74% (much better than the 4.99% from Ford)
My payment dropped by $55 for the same 60 month term.
