Mike what's the mil build on that truck now? Might be thinking about a paint thickness gauge before the next color change. A bead blast might be in the near future. The weight of paint alone is going to start to cost you MPG.

 

Only been painted once. Green. The fenders an quarters are fiberglass so doesnt matter on weight. I get 7mpg on this monster, dont think mpg is my mind lol! Plus i barely drive it

 

Maybe it's cause my truck is white, but I'm liking this! What gears do you have? I guess 7 is alright for how big it is, but I thought it would be a bit higher

Got it home an started installing n painting. Even wrapped the front skid plate

 

That's pretty bitchin! I like how you can see the pearl, didn't know you could get that kind of depth with vinyl

 

Man I really, really like that paint job. I have to admit, I'm more than a little jealous.

 

Might be my favorite combo you've done. How much cheaper is doing the wrap versus paint? I know you have hook-ups, but assuming you didn't. Also, nice license plate. Haha.

The entire truck got wrapped in pearl white colored vinyl! You can see that it's getting wrapped in the pics cause only certain sections are white at one point, and had it been painted, it all would've been done at the same time. He did paint the door handles and a few other small areas because it's hard to wrap them.

But that color looks so good that I had to quadruple check that it was wrap and not paint! So it isn't just you buddy
