I have heard various things, but does anyone know what is official?

This is what I have heard:

No model year '14 F150, they will continue to make MY13 trucks into December, and launch a MY15 truck with the new design some time in March.

Truth? False? Other?

On the other hand, if you go to ford.com and click on Trucks, the 2014 Super Duty and Transit Connect and 2015 Transit are showing as "future vehicles" but no 2014 F-150. The F-150 section is still the 2013.

 

There will be a 2014. Most likely the '14 MY will be a short one with the '15 trucks coming out in early summer next year.

 

It won't be that short if they keep building 14's in one plant till near the end of the year.

I'm guessing a short year like when the 08 Superduty's came out. They were selling 08's in March of '07. Depending on how they want to roll these out will determine the 14's. If they do like the Fusion and hold them for 6 months for QC, we won't see them until mid '14. I'm thinking they'll have a slow 2015 roll-out. They make too many trucks for any lot to hold them for 6 months & QC. We'll see a few on lots around April/May and full shipments after the summer shutdown and assembly line change over in August.
