It is flat black on the standard FX4 trucks. The FX4 Appearance Package trucks get the glossy painted black grille.

I don't know the part# but I do have the grill and I also have un unpainted grill surround to fit it. Unfortunately it won't fit your 2013 grill surround. 2011-12 grills/surrounds are not interchangeable with 2013-14 grills/surrounds. So you would need to get the surround PTM'd. I'd get rid of the grill/surround for a reasonable price, but the box is huge so it would cost an arm and a leg to ship it.

I didn't know the 11-12's were not interchangeable with the 13-14's. If I decide on that grill, I'll try to source one locally, or order a new one from tasca.

How much would it actually cost to ship? When talking about shipping bumpers, Darren mentioned that he sent both front and back out in a ton of bubble wrap for $80, so I can't imagine that being any more than $50, especially because it's much lighter. Just pointing out that it could still be a viable option.

Darren probably has more options for shipping than I do up here in the sticks. All I have is UPS, they have a drop station at a local hardware store. By the time the hardware store gets their cut the prices are crazy. I used to sell tons of Grand National parts but I got out of it about 8 years ago when shipping costs started getting crazy. Now if you have a shipping account than the rates are much different.
I'm guesstimating somewhere around $50-$60. Tasca only charged me $10 for shipping when I bought the grill.

I will sell the fx4 grill for a hundred bucks plus shipping if you're interested.

Ahh. It sucks to know that it's gotten expensive and USPS (I know, not UPS) is STILL running in the red It costs so much more to ship anything now.

And man is it beautiful, especially in the multi-bar '11/'12 FX4s. Love them.

Yes I used FedEx and I am a member of their shipping program, 10% discount or so. Was about $85 to ship two bumpers to Michigan. The Harley valance I just bought from Finestyle however, was $150 to ship ( FL to PA ) and packing material. Valance compared to two bumpers, I suppose I just got a hell of a shipping deal on that sale.

Hey Darren, I kinda like that grill. Wonder how it would look with the bars painted blue flame, but leave the background black?

It will look like this,

I dig it too. Both are nice options. I love the '11/'12 FX4 grill period, painted & cleared makes it even better.
