Pics of oem grills

I want to change out my grill on my 13 as I hate the way it looks. I wanted to use the tremor/14 FX appearance pack grill but I can't justify 6 bills for a piece of plastic (tasca wants $614, or $583 after discount) I would like to see the different 09-14 OEM style grills, preferably in black, so I can decide what I like.

The grill I have now

Also how hard is it to strip off the chrome coating on the factory grills? I could always get a lariat 3 bar chrome grill and strip it and paint it blue flame, 3xx is a lot easier pill to swallow than 600.

05RedFX4 ... Also how hard is it to strip off the chrome coating on the factory grills?
You can't strip off the chrome coating ... It's plated (meaning - fused) to the plastic.

P'edTM Platinum grille on my FX4 OFF ROAD ...

Since you can't strip it off, is it easy to paint over? Or I could spray it with black plasti-dip and the then have the three bars painted blue flame.

2014 STX Sport grill. Basically it's a black Harley grill.

The chrome XLT grill like the one pictured in the F150 online banner, does that come in black?

Also can someone who is skilled at photoshop can you chop nassty's grill on my truck and the XLT grill and make them blue flame. I don't want the whole grill in blue, just the bars, keep the background black.

$600 for a freakin grill? I can get a rockauto one for about $75 for mine.

What exactly is the difference between Nassty's and a painted XLT one? Aren't they the same?

I see no reason why you couldn't sand the hell out of the fake plastic chrome layer on a grill and paint over it.

Nassty has the STX sport grill which is a black harley grill, neither one is like the XLT grill in the banner above.

If I can't find anything I like, I'll try coating the lariat chrome grill with black plasti-dip and see how it looks.

They're both 7-bar grills? I'm not trying to be a d1ck, I just can't tell the difference. The Harley grill has that brushed aluminum look to it with a PTM surround versus all chrome or all PTM, that's the only difference I can see.

Actually they are both 6 bars grills but they are different. On my grill the bars are narrower and they go all the way to the surround. On the XLT grill the bars are shorter, and there are gaps between the end of the bars and the surround.

This pic is my old FX4 grill. It is the same as the XLT grill. The bottom pic is the black Harley grill.
