Ford sold 753,851 in 2014. That looks no different than 753,850 to them. Pony up the 470 and run like hell. It’s not worth being written off as a customer and getting stuck with that truck and legal fees just to be “right”.

So feel free to correct me, the $470 is a useage fee and you'd be (or would have been) happy to split that so the difference between you and them is actually $235?

If the truck was unusable then I would agree with you. Do you expect unlimited free usage of your truck until this is settled?

Honestly Stallion,

they aren't twisting the dagger on you. You knowingly purchased a truck at night so that part is on you. 470 is a easy thing to put into the deal of your new truck and you aren't out anything out of pocket. also if your company is a xyz plan participant you can get a even bigger discount on your ford. hope this helps and you get what you want.

remember to purchase during the day and not night time. also check the gaps on all of the doors and tailgate. check where you get spray from offroad debris. sometimes ford doen't hang their panels correctly. I purchased my f150 and didn't noticed till after purchase that the front of the driverside running board had pits in the paint, some sort of object landed on the metal while base coat was applied. i live with it. its my truck and i love it.
