Loose lower control arm bolts

Has this ever happen to anyone? I notice mine has loosen since I have put in the AS 1.5" leveling kit in my 2014 F-150 4 months ago. Will this be a common reoccurrence or is it only because they weren't tight enough the first time?

It sucks because I have to have the truck aligned again.

They should have self locking nuts or washers on them so they don't loosen up. I'm guessing they were never tight in the first place. Who installed the parts?

The moog caster nuts i installed at the same time as the leveling kit.

They have a locking tab that goes in the frame but the nut itself is not locked. So maybe the alignment tech didn't tighten them enough when he did the first alignment and they loosened?
