Tremor
I was really hoping that this would be the sport truck I had been wanting....
But, alas it left me disappointed. The truck was a 4wd version, but I can't imagine that the RWD is much different.
Turbo lag was indeed noticeable, and was probably my biggest complaint.
Second was the height of the truck, other than slapping the engine in a rcsb truck there was nothing really exciting about it other than a catchy sticker pkg.
I get that a tuner and a set of springs would go a long way to improve this truck, but dear god FORD.......please bring back a real sport truck!
Getting an STX rcsb w/5.0L and a S/C might be a better option at this point?!

And FWIW Uin2it ... you are dealing with "drive by throttle lag" not turbo lag. A tune will get rid of most of the DBT lag. What ever happened to good ol' throttle cables?

I was going to buy a tremor, I liked the idea of a loaded up regular cab FX2/4. But then I got to test drive one and saw what ford did. They charged full price for the FX luxury package but left out half of the options from the package.
Back around sept 13 IIRC I went on fords build and price and built a scab FX2 with the lux pack, appearance pack and eco engine, 4.10's and tailgate step (basically everything a tremor has). I then subtracted the price increase for a scab over a reg cab and was exactly 100 dollars from sticker price of a 2wd tremor when they actually showed up on the lots. The 100 dollar difference was basically the yearly price increase.
