2010 f150 fx4 5.4l slight hestiation

hi everyone did regular maintence on my truck ,with replacing wires and plugs ,replaced them with motorcraft ,was fine for a week than ended up with this hesitation,,there is no codes still lots of power ,i put scanner on it talked many mechanics and the are lost too,i cleaned maf put adative in fuel ,checked for vaccum leaks or and broken wires nothing any advice ????

Did this occur before or after you did your tuneup?

i replaced the rubber boots and springs that hook on to the coil

Did you check the gaps on the plugs before installation?

As a suggestion, even if you did, you might want to pull them out quick and carefully check each one.

Did you use dielectric grease in the boots, and were you careful NOT to get any grease on the springs?

well i did put a little dab in the coil and a dab on the the end of the boot where it pushes on to sparl plugs ,glc other than that they should not be any other grease on the springs or inside the boot right glc
