Temperature gage stuck

I've a issue since a month, my temperature gage is already at warm position in the morning when I start my truck. I've change my lower radiator hose last week and refill and purge de system and still same problem with the temperature gage.

Any idea ?

Sounds like a sensor issue. Which engine is it?

Do you have access to an inexpensive code scanner that reads PIDs?
