How much do you want to spend? A complete powerstop 1 click brake kit for the front and rear runs about 5 bills and comes with new pads and 4 new dimpled and slotted rotors.

I don't think you need to go that far - but I'd get the rotors turned, replace them if they can't be turned and are at all warped or out of round.

I have Centric ceramics on the front of mine, they now have about 115k on them and are still good. Absolutely no dust and they are not particularly expensive.

I also have Centric rotors.

I went with the power stop drilled and slotted rotors for the front with the extreme towing pads. They have already outlasted the OEM rotors. The truck stop strong, no brake dust to speak of. Think I paid 200 bucks shipped from rock auto

Max $150, look at Centric.

Pads: CENTRIC 10514140, $46.79 a set at rockauto.com.

Rotors if needed: CENTRIC 12065119, $54.79 each at rockauto.com. (Assuming 6 lug)

Check out the r1 premiums. Definitely a good option for us snow belt guys. These will be my next brakes. They also run 15% off and free shipping on most of the big holidays.

Edit: I see you're looking to stay around $150. Check out some of their other rotors. Decent prices and good quality.

I don't think you can beat Wagner ThermoQuiet pads.

I've got to agree with these pads. I had them in my last 3 F-150's and loved them. Almost no dusting, great stopping power and last a long time. What more could you ask for out of a set of pads?

Me either. I did the rears a few years ago and they still look new. Just did the fronts over the Christmas break with WTQ's and rotors. I still had the OEM on the front and they were finally done at 137,000 km or about 85,000 miles.
