I have a 2011 supercrew (XLT) and I am wanting to replace my jump seat with a center console and I have a few questions.

1) What are my console choices (could I get one that connects to dash)?

2) Will there be a large gap if I replace? (The guy I talked to at Ford suggested I might have to replace my front seats which doesn't sound right)

3) How easy or difficult is the process?

2009-14 Short console is a direct swap with bracket [seats do have to be removed bracket install]
2004-08. Short console will work with minor modification

2009-14 Long console will work, but you're left with a gap unless you replace the dash

Long console commonly referred to "flow through" because of the rear A/C vents
