speedometer

I just replaced the gage cluster lens and in the process i moved the speedometer needle and now it is reading wrong I took it to my local ford dealer to have it re calibrated and they tried but with no luck they said the only thing I could do is replace the whole cluster at a price of $900 dollars what do you guys think.

I removed all the needles in my cluster last year when I was replacing the bulbs and swiping to LEDs. I wish I hadn't done it, but I got it back to how it once was.

Take off the needle and put it back on pointing to where should be when the truck is off (try to find pics on the Internet of where the needle should be.) That should solve it. At least it did on mine. Definitely with a shot over $900.
