Bring back the 3.7l as the base V6. Bring the option of the 6.2L back. If GM can have a 6.2L in their camp, why not Ford? The base 3.5 is nice from what I understand, but they went backwards in numbers compared to GM and RAM's base v6. These are engines already in Ford's stable......... as said before, not everyone wants Ecoboost, so quit trying to force it on people!

Just a note for those wanting the 6.2L. The Ford F150 is the only full-size pickup that is CAFE positive. What that means is that the F150 is the only truck that meets the mandates for fuel economy on its own and doesn't have to 'borrow' from other vehicles in the lineup.
The fact that the 6.2L is out of the lineup at the same time the F150 is CAFE positive is not a coincidence...

Yeah, I am afraid meeting CAFE is important and will affect available engine/transmission options. I also know at the volume they build f150s, Ford doesn't want to stock 5 engines x 3 drive combos (2wd, 4wd, 4wd with 4a) leading to 15 possible drive assembly combos. Right now I imagine they have 11. But I would like to see LED lighting as a stand alone option.

1)Sync 3
2) LED lights as stand alone option
3) Higher Trim packages available with HD Payload
From what I have been told by dealer, there is no difference between the Eco/Max Tow package and the HD Payload with Tow Package and 5.0L. There is only a slight increase in tow capacity apparently due to the increased torque of the Eco.
