Thumbs down F150 -vs- E150

Was driving on a residential cut through street leaving my house, and a lady backed out of her driveway at her house. There was no way i could stop in time. I smacked her rear bumper and door on pretty much right in the middle of her van. My truck sustained more damage then the van. I was trying to stop and avoid her at the same time and i ended up with my left wheel and tire about 1' up on the median. I had to reset my inertia switch to move my truck. Police came out and moved us out of the street so traffic could flow more regularly. I drove my truck 100 yards to the next side street. The bumper was grinding on the tire, and the steering wheel was at 10 oclock when going straight. So something is bent pretty good under there. All of the damage is on the outside of the frame rail, so im hoping its not bent at all. Now for the pics. My roomate showed up and took pics of the van, so i dont have pics of that right now.

Its hard to tell but the damage goes clear through the front door, and the rear door might have some damage. We couldnt get the passenger front door open at all.

And getting loaded onto the rollback wrecker:

Me and my GF are okay, a little shook up, and a little stiff last night and today. Im really really glad i didnt have my 20s on at the time b.c one of the wheels would have been destroyed when i jumped the curb. Its in insurance's hands at the wrecking yard, then its off to Ford for repairs.

Damn, Pat, that is a lot of damage to your truck. I hope you and your GF don't have any underlying health problems. Looks like quite a substantial hit.

This isn't what I was expecting to see from your thread title I'm really sorry to see this because I know from reading your threads that you take a lot of pride in your truck. I hope all works out for the best and glad that you guys are o.k.
