Tylus in case you can't read i do plan on getting custom tunes done soon anyway so i get the most performance out on the truck with the edge and intake....
I dont know exactly what software he used but he did tell me he ran it on a dyno..
Does anyone happen to know how much the custom tunes are for a 2005?

First - Tylus is the real deal and well-respected; he's also just trying to help and did not deserve that zinger.
Second - only PHP can provide custom tuning for Edge hardware; from their website: $30/per tune if you bought the hardware from them, $60/per tune if not. A great deal, either way.
Third - if he ran it on a dyno there should be recordings of the A/F's from a wideband in his possession - can you post them (and can you tell me which wideband he used)?

Here is a pretty picture of mine installed
purty ain't she?
If I had known at the time how dangerous it was, I would never have put it onto the truck. Especially as I lived in Washington state with lots of COLD DENSE AIR that even further affects the A/F ratio. I can only hope you live in a relatively dry/hot area.
Anyhoo, I eventually gave up playing with the small stuff and put on a Roush blower. Now that was money well spent
btw, since you had your truck on the dyno...what were your HP and TQ #'s? And can you post the graph showing the HP/TQ and the A/F ratio?
