Those sube are probably wired in parallel for a 2 ohm load. And you need to run 5 gauge for your ground too. That 9 gauge, plus that long of ground, HAS to be holding you back. Change your GROUND to 5 gauge, or maybe even 4 gauge.

So what is parallel for 2 SVC 4ohms (+- & -+)? Where is the best ground in a single cab? I see why you said not to mess with Scosche, my amp shut off this morning & I just installed it last week.

Here is how to wire two SVC subs in parallel-

I dont know an particular places to ground in a Reg. Cab, I dont own one. I would drill a hole in the floor and run a bolt through it though. Thats how I do it.

Does that work for a mono block?

Yes, it will. Some mono amps have speaker terminals for 2 subs. It would work the same way. You could wire each sub to its own terminals or both subs together and then hook them both to one terminal. The amp sees the same load.

If both were hooked up to one terminal would it sound better? Also how are 2 SVC 4ohm wired?

It wouldnt make a bit of difference if they were hooked up to one terminal. They are hooked together inside the amp so it makes absolutley no difference. They are just there if you are using huge wire and cant fit all the wire in one positive and one negative.

I just gave you a picture of how to wire two SVC 4 ohm subs too. Unless they are wired in series for 8 ohm, which would be pretty much stupid,
