I got the billet inserts to go in it and the bumper. I liked this particular one because it sits flush with the front of the grille rather then inset. Also an eBay find, it was 128 for the 7 piece set, from Foryar.

I have been looking at that same grille. I saw it on ebay as well. You can also buy it here. It might be cheaper.

I don't know how much the shipping is though.
I'm not sure if it is exactly the same grille. I don't know if his is an OEM grille.
You can see photos of the factory chrome h grille on the ford website.
P.S. Forget what I said above. I just called the company and the price above is for a painted surround. The grille with chrome surround is $216.00. Shipping was $50.00, so it would probably be cheaper on ebay.
