I'm still running strong on my kit I purchased from them about a year ago. Don't know why everyone is having issues with them...

unless they have gone down hill since I've dealt with them...

I have a kit someone can have if they want. I went with Retro-Solutions, and if i can't get my drivers side resolved soon, i am going to go with Silverstars also.. or some variant off...
Really ticks me off only having one headlight working..

Did the bulb blow out? Or is the ballast not working?

i just purchased h13 high/low and h10 fogs. fogs installed good, and work good. heads not so good i guess i have the wrong wiring harness in my kit. the plugs for the high/low do not even go together. hopefully it will not take weeks to get this resolved. i sent them pics of the harness, but from what im hearing the customer service stinks

It seems DDM may have changed the manufacturer. Here's my story:

Few years ago bought a 55W slim ballast kit, worked fine for me, except Hi/Low working backwards(switch in low would result in high beams and vise versa) so I decided to go with DDM when I got my 2010 F150.

I got 2 kits in this october: 55W slim ballasts, 6000K Hi/Lo bulbs for heads and 35W slim ballasts, 4500K bulbs for fogs. Heads wired with harness, fogs wired directly plug-n-play. I was so happy....for about 2 months.

End of november temperature dips below freezing mark(-2 C) one of my headlights wouldnt turn on 30% of the time. After flicking the switch a few times it would turn on. I think ok - I can live with that...
Another 2 weeks - my right fog stops working!!!!! Switch the bulbs to check where the problem is - right side still out - ballast seem to be the problem. Call DDM - they say, they will test it,of course I would have to pay for shipping both ways. So I end up just ordering new 35W Raptor set.
So while Im waiting for the new fogs, the left fogs stops working too. F**k this!!! Changed fogs back to stock.
But that's not the end of it. So today I get my new fogs in the morning, thinking yay, I will finally have everything working.. Nope, not today. After work coming back to my truck, that was parked outside for a few hours(today was about -15 C) I find out that BOTH OF MY HEADLIGHTS are NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I dont think I will be buying anything from DDM from now on. Sorry for lots of CAPS and long post. Just really pissed.

Had mine for about a year and 1 of my ballasts went out a few weeks ago. Lucky for me they have a little retail store locally. Walk in they test it and walk out 5 minutes later with a new ballast

Starting around 2007, I've purchased 6 kits from DDM and I am happy with them, only had one slim ballast fail on the R1 and it was RMA'd quickly.
