Im about to order one of these kits from DDM and I had a few questions. Do I order the 9007 kit or the 9007 hi/low kit? I have a 2003 F-150 FX4. Also expedition4x4, what did you do to make them work? Did you just have them hooked up backwards?

If you want to keep the use of your brights, order the Hi/Low. The instructions you receive to install them is straightforward and you shouldn't have any problems. It's all plug-and-play.

To make it easier, lay all the wiring out on a table and label it so you know what's what before heading out under your hood.

Sounds good, thanks for the info. I had this kit on my WRX for 2 years and never had any issues. Cant beat this kit for the price.

So I take it the F-150 uses one bulb for hi and low?

I'm pretty sure it's only one bulb that has dual filaments. Depending on which setting you're on (high or low beam), each filament will be lit individually.

The HIDs adjust by the motor physically moving the bulb into each position.

Looks good, I adjusted mine pretty far down when I got em, I did so much that it was cutting out how much I could see so I aimed them up slightly and its a big difference
