rear rollpan choice? opinions or pics?

I'm in the middle of repainting my truck to a refreshened royal blue metallic and i dont feel like puttin that heavy *** rear chrome bumper back on. What is some good aftermarket rollpans or and where can i buy them? I want quality. I do plan on getting the lightning stuff in the future since a have a short bed reg cab flareside. A lightning rollpan would probably be great. Can i see some pics of your alls rollpans or give me some ideas???

The only place I have seen the Lightning roll pan, including the corner pcs. is a place in Florida called Ye Old Bodyshop. I just called and talked to him. The whole kit including all hardware and light for the license plate is $400, not including shipping.

That looks really nice, but the flareside one has to have corner pcs. too. Thats the hard parts to find.

Bummer.

I was unaware of that.........sorry............

I am not really super pleased with the fitment of this one. I'm sure it'd fit great if the hitch wasn't on there, but no one, (as of yet), makes a hidden style hitch for the truck.

It's only a work vehicle/trailer puller, but it's still my ride!!!

Good luck in your search for the right roll pan!

Cool

Here is a picture of the Lund roll pan with the hidden hitch and flip down license plate. It uses the stock corner pieces which I painted Oxford White and gives a nice clean look.

The hidden hitch can be ordered from most suppliers when you order the pan.

Cool

The Roll Pan was about $100 and can be bought from a lot of suppliers. I do recommend the inverted hidden hitch and flip down license. I think everything is about $250. + paint and installation.
