Harley:

It's going to be hard for ol' RockPick to change his ways. I mean this guy still hitches up his horse to a buggy for a weekend trip to the big city...

Getty up little pony...

It's only a 3 day round trip to the market too. Say... anyone know of a new method to cure jerky?

just emailed by ol' buddy Sal Zaino and asked what year Zaino was started up

I also told him a little bit about this stubborn Meguiars dude, that refuses to try zaino, to see if Sal will make fun of him also

LMAO @ Harley...

Does Sal post on these boards?

I never talked to him, no need to, no need for customer service. Once someone buys and uses Zaino they are amazed and just happy to have extra order forms...

Sal sends Rockpick some free goods... rockpick will willingly try and give his honest opinion...

That's the only way that 'this stubborn Meguiars guy' will make the switch.

I have around $200 worth of 'Meguiars goodies' on my garage shelf ranging from two bottles of PPP, two bottles of #26, a bottle of #7, a bottle of #9, protectants, vinyl cleaners, clay...etc..etc..etc...

If someone can convince me that my goodie collection was all done in vein, I'll switch. Otherwise, Meguiars all the way. Period.

If Rockpick is ever in Detroit, I'll Zaino his truck for free (assuming paint is well maintained which I think it always is). I'll check my stock of Zaino and see how much I have left in my bottles. I would be willing to send you the remaining bit of Z1 & Z5 if my bottles are low.

Thanks for the offer APT. The way I see it, as much as I advocate Meguiars and preach about all it's glory, I can hardly change now.

Referring to an earlier post, the only way that I'd be willing to try it 'incognito' would be if a box of it showed up on my doorstep.

Of course the box would have to be a plain wrapped box with no Zaino on it anywhere, RockPick wouldn't want the neighbors to know...
