Can you replace the factory back window with a sliding one?

yes you can and as far as difficulty level its not to hard just tiem consuming. but for the most part al you do is romve old window clean area then put in and seal new one
the rear sindow is held in by bolts and sealant not just rested in like a windshield so i find them easyer to replace, you can find a rear slider at a truck yard for around 100 bucks around . not sure about your area gl to ya.
