No need to wash mine...

Just went over it with the Cal Duster and then with the FI.

I try and wash mine at least once a week. But sometimes depending on how dusty my road gets I may wash it twice a week. Just depends on the situation.

Boss_429

I just removed my front liscense plate a few weeks ago on my truck. The easiest way is to pull the front valence off. I believe there are 12 screws holding it on. The plate is held on by brads, so they are kind of hard to get off, but that is nothing a hacksaw or any other kind of saw can't fix. I couldn't see any other way to get them off other than cutting them off. If your truck is low or average height, it is best to put it on ramps because it makes it easier.

paulv107,

Thanks! I'll pull the valance. I sort of figured that I would have to cut those plastic things that hold it on.

Thanks again!

01 XLT Sport,

Yea, but you guys have a cool plate "Live free or Die"! BTW, we get up to NH on vacation every few years. Love the area around Lake Winnipesaukee, and the White Mountains.
