It is done

Well, I took the leap. I ordered the complete Zaino kit. I hope it's worth it at over $95. I'm still having sticker shock. But, if it lasts 6 months and always has that "just detailed shine" it will be worth it. I just keep getting the feeling that I could have gotten something else for a lot less that would have done the same thing or at least good enough for me.

As for the graphics......

Most waxes and mild polishes are fine on vinyl. Avoid any harsh compounds or heavy cleaner type waxes that have aggressive abrasives. Most cast vinyls are only about 2 mils thick these days, and from my experience only a fine top layer will "recover" from scratches.

Unlike paint, once you go a little too deep you can't go back. You can still hide most scratches if they go beyond that depth, just like with paint.
