Talking Used Meguiars Today

It finally quit raining long enough to wax my truck. Even though its spose to rain tomorrow, I couldn't wait any longer.
All I can say is DAMN!!!! I turned out great, I still can't believe the shine it has.

Thanks RockPick, BigDeal, and APT for all your help.

Sorry should have posted this already. I used the Meguiars from Wal-Mart (not professional line)and I got the clay bar from Autozone (they had some of the professional line).
1) wash with dawn
2) used Clay Magic (cut clay in three pieces, dropped two )
3) cleaner wax (took the fine scratches right outP
4) polish (2 coats)
5) gold wax (2 coats)

taking my time it only took about 6 hours. I didn't think the clay bar was going to do that much, boy was i surprised. Nice and smooth now. I bought some scratch x and tried it on two fairley deep scratches. It worked alright, but after the cleaner wax, polish, and gold wax you can barley tell they are there.
I don't have a digital camera yet, i'm going to try to run by wal-mart and get a disposable camera and get the pictures on the cd like they advertise on tv.

It's all in the surface prep... excellent job!

Take the time to make sure the surface is in good shape and your work will pay off!

Glad you like the Meguiars....It rocks

After you run out of the stuff you have I recommend trying the professional line......Go for the #7(Show Car glaze) followed by the #26(Hi-Tech Yellow Wax).....You will not be dissapointed
