Bubbling Paint Behind Fender Badge

Bubbling Paint Behind Fender Badge
Just FYI...
I posted many moons ago how I didn't like how my driver's side fender badge always 'soaked up' the water when I washed my truck and then persisted to drain over a period of about two days...
Well, something has finally happend with this and it's not good...
That fender badge has developed a slight 'bubble' under the paint. It's seemingly between the fender 'metal' and the paint (between the two). The blemish is located immediately at the bottom right side (nearest the cab) and is right below where one of the 'pins' goes into the truck to hold the emblem square.
I took a few pictures of this however; it was nearly impossible to see in the pics.
I guess it's off to the stealership for a new fender with new paint and a new badge.
While I'm there, I'm going to have them repaint the hood as well. I have a stain from where the windshield wiper fluid leaked from the passenger side nozzle and it cannot be removed. I've tried wetsanding the damn thing and it's still there....
Ahhh... warranty work. A royal pain in the ***.

If you would have just used Zaino, you wouldn`t be having all of these paint problems.

Anyway... has anyone else had troubles like this? I can't recall ever reading about anyone experiencing this problem.
Should I worry about a paint job from the dealership?

I had a rust spot develop on an Escort GT I used to have - the paint warranty was for 10 years or 100k miles. The took it to a local body shop where they 'fixed' it. They sanded it supposedly put stuff on it that stops the rusting and repainted it. They 'fixed' it twice. Once on Ford's tab, once on the body shop's tab. Within a month or two the spot was back and I gave up on them.
The stealership said Ford will fix it once, and that's it under warranty - then it is the individual shop that has to deal w/ it.
That is for paint/rust problems that develops from the inside out, not for 'environmental affects' (aka - bird droppings, washer fluid stains). Good luck on getting Ford to do anything about washer stains are getting body panels replaced under warranty.

I just hate aftermarket paint. I don't have nearly as much faith in it.
