Anyways what is a good chammy and what may have caused this soapy rinse? As well is there a simple procedure until I get the hang of this stuff for wash and wax that a rookie can follow? Thanks for the help guys! JR

Let the chamois run for a complete wash/rinse cycle, but, of course, do not put any soap in the washer. Just let it run it's course in the washer.
I have found that real chamois have something in them that make them bubble up, just like soap, when they are new. It's probably due to the manufacturing process.
Anyway, you might have to run it through 2 times to get it all out.

And I might add, I've been able to wash it every stinking day for the past two weeks and the forecast is truck bath's for the next 5 days

I have started using a Turtle Wax wash that attaches to the hose. It mixes the soap and water for you.
I like this because I only keep a big bucket of clean rinse water. I don't have to worry about rinsing my washmitt in dirty water.
This seems to wash the truck better than the one bucket method. And I haven't had any water spot problems.
