The best way to get your windows crystal clear is to do them at night in a well lite parking lot, like wall mart. You don't have to be directly under a light just near one. As you clean your windows with anything clean and windex or water and rubbing acohol you will see the streaks prefectly clear just like when another car's headlights show you all of your streak at night. So just keep rubbin with a roll of bounty and you will have the cleaness windows ever after a little while.
