Sorry I didn't get back to ya'll sooner. I forgot about the thread I started.
Anyway, the Ford dealer took care of it...no one mentioned the word "clay". They were real friendly and eager to please. It looks like they replaced both gutters or else they just did a real professional job of re-painting them. Got a free loaner, too (Mach 1 w/6 speed...not). They kept the truck 3 days.
