Looking forward to hearing your thoughts. After you put it on, give it a couple of hours before you judge it!

Honestly, it'll probably be SEVERAL days before I get to use it. The forecast says rain until Wed.

Sold! I'll call my local distributor to see if they stock these... if not, I'll be ordering a couple.

Know anything about #20 sealant Boss?

No, I don't RP! It's one of the few Meguiar's products I haven't tried. However, I have heard good things about it, including it's durability. It's one drawback seems to be that it contains some cleaners, so it's not a good product to layer.

If it were me, I'd wait for Meguiar's new Lab Sample D/E to come out in Feburary! That product "can" be layered, and looks really nice from what I've seen.

So I tried the Final Detail....

I, of course, won't pour the rest of my Final Inspection down the drain but, I have definately found a replacement.

That stuff is AWESOME!!!!!!

I like it FAR MORE than the final inspection. And, mind you, the FI is an EXCELLENT product as well.

I have a new item in my detailing aresonal. Thanks Boss.

Hey Boss, I kinda evesdropped on this thread to see what you guys thought of the Final Detail. I've had a gallon of this stuff for about two weeks now and love it! Glad I'm not the only one that thinks this stuff is worth switching to.

Hey Rock, where did ya get yours from? Just curious. I got a gallon from Dwayne at Premiumautocare.com and gave around $16 bucks for it (after the DetailCity.com discount kicked in). And since I can't ever seem to get off his site before spending $75 , shipping was nada. You're right though, for the money, it's a homerun.

RP,

Didn't you get it at Premium Auto Care? Does Proper Auto Care handle the stuff?

http://www.premiumautocare.com

BigDeal,

Yep, when you think about it, there are QD's that are over 4 times the price, that aren't as good!

Yeh, and unfortunately I probably have bottles of most of the others on my shelf right now that I don't intend to finish. Guess my brother will come into a windfall on QD's.
