How do I change a signal light bulb????

I have a 98 f150. One of my rear signal lights just went bye bye on me. I have the bulbs, but I can't figure out how to get the *&*@ cover off. Thanks for any help

Drop the tailgate and there you will see access holes to the screws that hold the taillight assembly in.... remove the screws and taillight, then the bulbs are accessible.....

Just like Donny mentioned, there should be a couple of holes when you lay your tailgate down on the inside of the bed. Zip those out and the entire assembly should come off the truck. From there, you can unsecure the lights out of the assembly and change as needed.

It's very easy.

After seeing the start of this thread I just couldn't resist pulling it back up. It hit my like the intro to a corny joke.

So where's the punchline??
