I have a friend at work that has a Focus with 46,000 miles, and a Ford extended warranty. She took it in for a problem, and the Ford dudes told her it would be $55 just for the diagnosis.

Is this legit or are they jerkin' her around?

 

thats legit on the extended warranty.

If she reads the details of her extended warranty it will probably state that diagnostic fees are not included.
