That's quite possible. My dad used to take the truck to work, and he works for the county spraying pesticides to control weeds in ditches. Maybe that might have some affect on it. I havn't had time to work on the truck, but I have nothing to do tomorrow, so I'll hit it up.

He might be exactly right. Hopefully, they're just water spots and they'll clay off but, it's hard to tell without being able to look at it directly...
