When is it to cold?

Just wondering when is it to cold to wax your truck. Now that winter is here and its getting colder day by day, I want to get a good coat on the truck before its to nasty. So im just wondering if it can be to cold to wax?

It was agreed in a thread not to long ago anything over 45 degrees should be OK.

Cool, thanks D.. I guessed I missed that one. I really dont hang out here much. Just when I need some help. And plus,, you decided to leave us all hangin' on the outcome of your door handles, so whats the sense?

If it's too cold to be in your driveway, drinking beer, shirt off, listening to Willie and cussing the gnats, it's too cold to wax.

45 is my rule of thumb for the most part. Different products have different useage temperatures though...

I know, I was supposed to get pics this weekend... but Sunday was the only nice day and Halo had me sucked in. Didn't even wash the Tan Terror or gas 'er up for the week. I wish I could put my truck in my garage to finish the project...

Its only cold when the wax freezes up

I dont see a point to wax anymore, it just wears off in a couple weeks. Need something to last all winter...
