powerball and a cordless drill. apply wax by hand and powerball it off. take ya 5 mins per wheel and no need to remove them.

And after looking at this pic I think it is a must that I get bigger tires!!!!!

A lot of elbow greasy and Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. I would strongly recommend not using it on anything else on your truck but the tires though

Noticed that you have an 04....There is a TSB out about the "new proceedure" to put the wheels back on...net is, the trick is a second person is needed.

With the truck still up on the jack, tighten the wheels, and the second person needs to push down on the brake pedal, really hard, then torque them.

Once back on the ground double check the torque.

This affects many 04's so its something to think about when you do those through cleanings a few times per year.

I am also guilty of taking the wheels off a few times a year to deep clean.

I actually bought some new wash tools today for my upcoming under-carraige cleaning that is due.

Those wheels and tires look great!!!

Interesting about the TSB. Do you happen to have a link to it?

That's the first time I've heard about that TSB.

Not sure where I found it, when I had my 04 I had ALL kinds of issues with the wobble thing...they did everything to that truck. Aligned rear gearing, replaced drive shaft, road force balanced over 13 wheels/tires to find 4 good ones...then 4 months of that, there was a TSB that hit the dealer...not sure if it was an official TSB or a Service Communication about the issue.
