Bought the Langka kit...
O.K. I purchased the Langka kit in the hope that I could fix some chips in the paint on my "01"...
A few months ago on a return trip from Disney World we encountered a road resurfacing crew on the FTP.
Tar covered pebbles bounced up and hit several areas on the truck taking the paint off in some pretty nasty examples of paint chipped surface...
Heres a PIC...
I put a "Blob" of touch-up on the area after using the paint prep solution...
In a couple of days I will go back and use the "Blob Remover" and I will post pictures of the results...
I hope this is not a repeat of a previous post/ I am unaware of any previous before and after photos.
Back with ya in a couple days...
Wish me luck...

I have never been good at this sort of thing.
If it works for me it will work for anyone:o

I look forward to hearing/seeing your results.
I know I'm sick and tired of sanding out all of my 'blobs'. It takes forever! Although, I have gotten pretty good at it...

I followed the directions, waited three days, used a t-shirt wrapped around my index finger and rubbed and rubbed. The paint came out of the center of the blob
I tried again...This time using mineral spirits to clean the site. I applied two new blobs. Then I waited 24hrs and went at it again.
This time using a bed sheet material and the plastic card supplied with the kit. Same results! I managed to pull the center out again.
I cleaned the site again and applied two new blobs. I will try again this Sunday after giving it 7 days to harden...
Maybe the third time will be the "charm"

litnfast... there are some good tips over at the roadfly detailing forum on using Langka/Mothers chip repair... http://forums.roadfly.org/forums/detailing/ (Do a search on "Langka")
Wait 2-4 days for the paint to dry and try diluting a little of the Langka solution with a couple drops of water (you may have to try a few combinations starting with most diluted first....) Supposedly, a diluted solution won't pull the paint out ....
Lots of other good detailing tips/tricks at the site as well.... some very knowledgable detailing fanatics on the forums...
