Well, all I have to say is "PC can't get here fast enough" man, its a lot of paint on these trucks....LOL

I've clayed, cleaner/polish, one coat NXT....looks great....second coat NXT and #26 will have to wait on PC.... my arms are numb and back is broke....

RP, what do you recommend to deal with the black, like door handles, running boards, trim around windows and so on.....would 303 be good....???

I must say, shes looking great, got to do the black trim, door jams, wheels, wheel wells, glass tomorrow... then i'll shoot a few pics...

It is absolutely a lot of work. I did mine
today with the use of a Craftsman
random orbit buffer...which made it
somewhat easier. But man, my arms
are sore. However, it was well worth
the effort. The truck looks great. I
used the Meguire's PowerWax to
finish mine off. I'm going to tackle
the windows and chrome later this
week...after the pain in my arms
goes away. Honestly though, if I
didn't have a bum wrist right now,
it would have been easier.

Correct, I meant Mother's. I had Mequires on the
brain because it was the only other wax Autozone had.

BTW, I was kind of suprised they didn't have much of
a selection. They also had only two types of claybar
kits.

AZ has, seemingly, scaled back on most all of their brands... From the standpoint of a good place to buy very good products commercially, I REALLY like Pep Boys... They carry a very nice selection.

Sorry... I forgot about this one...

Here's your bible:

As for bonnets, use them as a last minute get it done quick item... too much opportunity for mega-screw ups (although, I must admit, I use them sometimes).

Does that help?

You're welcome... it's weird to suggest REP POINTS for stuff but, I still don't think our member base understands, for the most part, why they're there. *shrugs* oh well.
