What's The "Cut" Of Meguiar's Cleaner Wax?

Does anyone know what the cutting ability is of Meguiar's Cleaner Wax? I'm thinking it's somewhere in between their #7 and #9 polishes?

#7 is a pure polish and will offer nearly no cleaning power... #9 is more of a swirl 'filler' than remover but, in my opinion, I'd push the it towards #9 status but, without the agressive fillers (it does have some though I believe).

Maybe similar to a light #82.

Meguir's #9 works great as a cleaner/ light scratch filler. Follow up with Tech wax to fill in what 9 doesn't and it'll look better than new.
