Does anybody know anything about trees?

Man, I know this is probably gonna' draw heat from somebody, but I'm buying a house that has a lot of Cedar trees around the driveway.........that really can't be removed. Do Cedars have sap like pines? I'm not kiddin', if it's gonna' ruin my paint, I'm not buyin'!

If I remeber right, Cedars are kinda bad like that, versus other trees. I'm not a tree guy but I don't like alot of what falls from any tree. I don't think it's cause for much concern, maybe more frequent washing that's all. Good waxing may help too. Best way would be getting a car cover if indeed it's pissin' you off. I hate bird crap worse, plus it's consistant. I have a motorcycle trailer parked under small pines and powerlines, crap all over it.

All trees pee something. Cut the cedars down & line your closets or build a sauna!

Easy fix -- park your babies in the garage!

Actually, I wish I had trees near my driveway so I would have shade throughout most of the day. The way it is now, I can only wash my vehicles during the early morning and/or evening hours because of all the direct sunlight!

Do you know what type of Cedar it is? The Deodar Cedar{Cedrus deodara} for example unleashes a ton of pollen which can coat your nice paint.
