How long have they been on for?
Best bet is to wait for the warmest day or use a blow dryer/heat gun and just peel very slowly.
I managed to take my dealership sticker off on a warmish winter day without heat gun but I had to use something (like isopropyl alcohol but not....
sorry) to remove some extra sticky stuff. If you need to use something like that make sure you wax right after.
