How do you guys clean your PC pads?

While I agree with Harley's mentioning of Meg's directive on cleaning pads, I find that FAR too much product is left in the pad to adequately use it in a safe manner...
Here's why...
When you leave a bunch of product A (let's say, #83) and allow it to dry out, then beat it 'clean' when dry, you still leave behind the abrasives that are in #83... now, you've picked up the same pad with #83 on it and you want to go with a #9... well, you're going to get FAR more cutting power with that pad than you would with a 'clean' pad with #9.
I've never had any problems with MWOS dislodging the velcro -- I have, on numerous occasions -- heard of people having problems with machine washing them though...
If you can dedicate a pad per product, you're golden with Meg's directive. If not, maybe try something else... all pad manufac's spend about a dollar to manufacturer their product... they all sell for around $10ish... go figure.

I don't ever use a pad for multiple products .. but maybe that is just an excuse to buy more pads
I write the product on the back of the pad ebfore I use it the first time .. then go from there .. I end up with several pads for the same product, but have always just felt safer doing that ..
